- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Swag Bag offers delivery across South Africa.
- Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
- Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any discrepancies or damages.
6. Returns and Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom and branded products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Returns must be approved by Swag Bag before products are sent back. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

All content, including logos, graphics, images, text, and software, is the property of Swag Bag or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
